This market will resolve to "Yes" if a new episode of the Up Only podcast is publicly released to the general public by December 31, 2025, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".

This market will resolve according to the index that performs best for the week beginning December 15, among the Warren Buffett Index, the Bill Ackman Index, and the S&P 500.

The performance of each index will be determined by the 1-week trailing percentage return of each index for the final trading day of the specified week. The index with the best percentage return will be deemed the winner.

Updates to historical prices displayed by any of the indices subsequent to this market's resolution will not be considered. This market will resolve to "Yes" if another official trailer for the next GTA (GTA VI) is released by Rockstar Games or any of its official accounts, including but not limited to Rockstar's official website, YouTube channel, Twitter, or any other official social media platform between July 8 and December 31, 2025, 11:59 PM ET.

An "official trailer" is defined as a video clearly labelled and marketed as a trailer for the game in question. Teasers, gameplay snippets, or other promotional materials will not qualify for resolution unless explicitly marketed as an official trailer by Rockstar Games.

This market will resolve immediately if such an official trailer is released by the expiry date. If no official trailer is released by the specified date, this market will resolve to "No".

This market will resolve to “Yes” if any weekly bar in the Kaito “Mindshare over time (L12M)” chart reaches a new all-time high at any point between November 19 and 11:59 PM ET on the date specified in the title. If no new all-time high occurs, the market will resolve to “No.”
