This market will resolve according to the player that finishes the 2025–26 NBA regular season with the highest points per-game average of any qualified player. In the event of a tie for the highest points per-game average, this market will resolve in favor of the player who appeared in the greater number of games. If the tied players also played the same number of games, the market will resolve in favor of the player whose listed last name comes first alphabetically. Qualification for inclusion in official NBA leaderboards (such as minimum games or statistical thresholds) will be determined according to NBA rules and applied exactly as reflected in the official leaderboard. The resolution source will be the NBA (NBA.com/stats).Luka Doncic holds a commanding lead in NBA points per game at over 34 PPG through 70-plus games, with trader consensus implying a 97.5% probability of securing the scoring title amid roughly 10 games remaining in the 2024-25 regular season. His consistent 35-plus point explosions in recent outings, including multiple 40-point games over the past week, have widened the gap on nearest challengers like Shai Gilgeous-Alexander (30.5 PPG), who would need unsustainable 40-plus averages nightly to close a multi-point deficit while matching Doncic's games played. No injury concerns plague Dallas' MVP candidate, whose high usage and Mavericks' playoff push minimize rest risks, though a late-season ankle tweak or load management could theoretically open the door for upsets.
