Mets hold a slim 38% implied probability edge as NL East 2026 frontrunner per trader consensus, propelled by their blockbuster signing of Juan Soto to a record 15-year, $765 million deal on December 9, instantly fortifying an offense already featuring Francisco Lindor and Pete Alonso amid their surprising 2024 Wild Card run. Phillies trail closely at 35.5% with their veteran core intact—Zack Wheeler's extension, Bryce Harper's prime, and a deep rotation—positioning them to defend their division crown despite modest offseason tweaks. Braves at 24.5% reflect rebound potential from 2024 injuries to Ronald Acuña Jr. and Spencer Strider, leveraging a top farm system and young arms, while Marlins and Nationals lag in rebuild mode, underscoring the top trio's fierce parity driven by high-end talent and roster stability.

In the event of a tie, this market will resolve according to the official winner as determined by MLB rules. If multiple winners are announced then this market will resolve to the team whose listed nickname comes first alphabetically.
If at any point it becomes impossible for a listed team to be named the 2026 National League East division champion per the rules of the MLB (e.g., they are eliminated in the playoffs), the corresponding market will resolve to “No”.
If the 2026 MLB regular season is cancelled, postponed after October 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, or there is otherwise no winner declared within that timeframe, this market will resolve to “Other”.
The primary resolution source will be official information from Major League Baseball (https://www.mlb.com/); however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
