Traders favor a "No" outcome at 74.5% for an AWS service disruption by June 30 primarily because the major May 7-8 outage in the US-East-1 region has been fully resolved, with cooling systems restored and affected EC2 instances and EBS volumes recovered. That incident stemmed from a localized thermal event in one Availability Zone and did not indicate broader systemic vulnerabilities. AWS maintains redundant infrastructure across multiple zones and regions, and no new threats, maintenance events, or regulatory pressures have emerged in the past three weeks to suggest another material outage is imminent. While occasional incidents occur, the current stability and short remaining window support the market-implied odds.
