Mumbai Indians top trader consensus at 21.5% implied probability for the 2026 IPL title, fueled by their powerhouse retentions of Rohit Sharma, Suryakumar Yadav, Jasprit Bumrah, Hardik Pandya, and Tilak Varma ahead of the IPL 2025 mega auction, restoring a championship core after recent dips. Royal Challengers Bengaluru trails closely at 15.5% on Virat Kohli's enduring pull and recent playoff push, while Gujarat Titans hold 10% with Shubman Gill and Rashid Khan anchoring youth. The tight clustering stems from auction parity—every franchise wields hefty purses, Right to Match options, and rebuild potential—coupled with IPL's upset-prone history, as KKR's 2024 triumph showed, ensuring no runaway favorite amid fluid rosters and 2025 form unknowns.
