If Spotify does not release its top song for the week labeled December 18 by December 19, 2025, 11:59 PM ET, this market will default to "Other".

This market will resolve to "Yes" if Mariah Carey's 'All I Want For Christmas Is You' is the most-streamed song globally on Spotify for the day labeled December 25.

If Spotify does not release its top song for December 25 by December 26, 2025, 11:59 PM ET, this market will resolve to "No".

The resolution source for this market will be official information from Spotify. The daily top songs chart can be found on open.spotify.com under the "Charts" heading. 

Will Spotify's top song on December 25 be 'All I Want For Christmas Is You'?

This market will resolve according to the listed songs within the Billboard Hot 100’s Top 10 for the week titled “week of January 3, 2026”.

Only the listed songs within spots numbered 1 through 10 (inclusive) will qualify towards the resolution of this market.

The resolution source will be Billboard.com.

Netflix is expected to update its global Top 10 TV shows list on top10.netflix.com on Tuesday, December 23, 2025, 3:00 PM ET, reflecting viewership from the previous week (Monday to Sunday).

This market will resolve based on which show this update ranks as the #2 global Netflix show.

The ranking is based on total views globally, as reported by Netflix for TV shows (English only).

If the top10.netflix.com update does not occur by December 26, 2025, 11:59 PM ET, this market will resolve to "Other".

If Drake does not release a new album by December 31, 2025, 11:59 PM ET, this market will resolve to "No".

This market may resolve as soon as Billboard publishes the first chart week in which the album appears.

This market will resolve to “Yes” if a Justin Bieber song reaches #1 on the Billboard Hot 100 between September 4 and December 31, 2025, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to “No.”

The resolution source will be Billboard.com.

Will a Justin Bieber song reach #1 this year?

This market will resolve to “Yes” if the listed artist officially releases a new album between October 8 and December 31, 2025, 11:59 PM PT (Los Angeles time). Otherwise, this market will resolve to “No”.

Officially released means that a newly released album is officially available for download or streaming (not including live events) by the resolution date.

Re-releases, deluxe editions, compilations, or greatest hits albums will not count, unless they contain at least 50% tracks that have never been officially released in any format prior to the album's release.

The resolution source will be any official streaming or download site, e.g. Apple Music or Spotify.

This market will resolve according to the index that performs best for the week beginning December 15, among the Warren Buffett Index, the Bill Ackman Index, and the S&P 500.

The performance of each index will be determined by the 1-week trailing percentage return of each index for the final trading day of the specified week. The index with the best percentage return will be deemed the winner.

Information from the "Historical Prices" table will be used to resolve this market, specifically the 1-week trailing percentage return calculated as the percentage change between the closing price for the final trading day of the specified week and the closing price for the corresponding day of the previous week (e.g. if the final trading day of the specified week is a Thursday, the closing price of the previous Thursday will be used to calculate the 1-week trailing percentage return).

Note that all relevant figures will be rounded to the nearest cent using standard rounding.

If multiple indices perform exactly the same over this market’s timeframe, this market will resolve according to the Index whose abbreviation comes first, as listed in this market group. 

If the specified indices do not trade at all during the regular session, the market will resolve to “Other”.

If either of the relevant trading days are shortened (for example, due to a market holiday schedule), the official closing price published for each relevant index for that shortened session will still be used for resolution.

If any of the relevant days lack a specified price (for example, due to a trading halt into the market close, system issue, delisting, or other disruption), this market will use the last valid historical price offered by the specified resolution sources as the effective closing price for that day.

Updates to historical prices displayed by any of the indices subsequent to this market's resolution will not be considered. This market will resolve according to the methodologies utilized by the specified indices as of the resolution time of this market, regardless of whether those methodologies are later updated.

This market will resolve to “Yes” if a Sabrina Carpenter song reaches #1 on the Billboard Hot 100 between September 1 and December 31, 2025, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to “No.”

The resolution source will be Billboard.com.

Will a Sabrina Carpenter song reach #1 again this year?

This market will resolve to "Yes" if any song released by GELO after March 31 is on the Billboard Hot 100 chart at any point between April 1, and December 31, 2025. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".

Will GELO drop another Billboard top 100 hit in 2025?

This market will resolve according to the company in the Nasdaq-100 that achieves the lowest performance during the week ending December 19, 2025.

Performance will be measured as the percentage change in each specified security's price during this market's timeframe, calculated by comparing the closing price for the last official trading day prior to this timeframe (December 12, 2025) to the closing price for the last official trading day within this timeframe (December 19, 2025).

All companies that are constituents of the Nasdaq-100 as of market issuance will be eligible for consideration, regardless of whether they are removed before the market's resolution date. Any company added to the index after market creation will not qualify.

The primary resolution source will be the “Historical Quotes” page for the specified ticker on Nasdaq at: nasdaq.com.

Only closing prices will be used for all calculations; total return measures will not be applied.

If multiple specified companies exhibit exactly the same lowest performance, the market will resolve to the company whose ticker appears first in alphabetical order.

If any unspecified company achieves the lowest performance during the relevant period, the market will resolve to “Other”.

If either of the relevant trading days are shortened, the official closing price published for that session will be used.

If any relevant day lacks a specified closing price, the last valid historical closing price offered by the resolution source will be used.

Updates to historical prices displayed after resolution will not be considered.

This market will resolve to "Yes" if BTS (방탄소년단) releases any new music track credited to the group between June 3 and December 31, 2025 ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".

The track must be publicly released through major music platforms (e.g., Spotify, Apple Music, or YouTube) and must be announced via official BTS or BigHit Music channels. The release must include new musical content; re-releases, remasters, or compilations of previously released songs do not count unless they contain newly recorded material.

In November, a song reported to be the product of an AI-generated artist reached the top of the Billboard's Country Digital Song Sales chart. (see: https://www.barrons.com/news/ai-country-song-rollicks-to-the-top-of-us-sales-chart-7fe99e8a)

This market will resolve to "Yes" if any song widely reported to be entirely AI-generated reaches number 1 on any Billboard chart between November 13, 2025 and June 30, 2026, 11:59PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".

A song will be considered fully AI-generated if all vocals, musical composition, and production elements are created primarily by AI. Human actions such as prompting, mixing, and editing will not disqualify a song provided all audio content originates from AI.

Songs reported to have used AI-generated lyrics but not AI-generated voices, AI-assisted human vocals or instruments, or remixes, mash-ups, or covers using human-performed components will not be sufficient to resolve this market to "Yes".

The resolution source for this market will be a consensus of credible reporting.

Will another AI-generated song reach number 1 on any Billboard chart by June 30?

The Critics Choice Awards are presented annually by the American Critics Choice Association to honor achievements in film. For the Critics Choice Awards in 2026, nominations are scheduled to be announced by December 5, 2025, followed by the ceremony on January 4, 2026.

This market will resolve according to the listed song that wins the Critics Choice Award for Best Song. 

In case of a tie for the winner, this market will resolve in favor of the nominated song whose listed name comes first in alphabetical order.

If, for any reason, no winner is declared by January 30, 2026, 11:59 PM ET,  this market will resolve to "Other".

The primary resolution source for this market will be official information from the Critics Choice Awards and the American Critics Choice Association, including data from their website (e.g., https://www.criticschoice.com/) and the live broadcast of the award ceremony; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.

This market will immediately resolve to "Yes" if the USDC marketcap is equal to or greater than 50% of USDT marketcap on any day by December 31, 2025. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No."

This market will resolve based on CoinGecko's "historical data" section for each coin, currently available at https://www.coingecko.com/en/coins/usd-coin/historical_data#panel and https://www.coingecko.com/en/coins/tether/historical_data#panel respectively, specifically the daily "Market Cap" data.

The daily market cap data for any given date will be considered finalized once data for the following calendar day is published on CoinGecko’s “Historical Data” page for both USDC and USDT.

This market will resolve based on the specified CoinGecko chart, not according to other sources or spot markets.
