This market will resolve to the temperature range that contains the highest temperature recorded at the Beijing Capital International Airport Station in degrees Celsius on 1 Apr '26. The resolution source for this market will be information from Wunderground, specifically the highest temperature recorded for all times on this day by the Forecast for the Beijing Capital International Airport Station once information is finalized, available here: https://www.wunderground.com/history/daily/cn/beijing/ZBAA. To toggle between Fahrenheit and Celsius, click the gear icon next to the search bar and switch the Temperature setting between °F and °C. This market can not resolve to "Yes" until all data for this date has been finalized. The resolution source for this market measures temperatures to whole degrees Celsius (eg, 9°C). Thus, this is the level of precision that will be used when resolving the market. Any revisions to temperatures recorded after data is finalized for this market's timeframe will not be considered for this market's resolution.Latest forecasts from the China Meteorological Administration and global models like ECMWF project Beijing's highest temperature on April 1 at around 17°C under partly cloudy skies and light southerly breezes, driving trader consensus with 36% implied probability on that outcome. This reflects a moderation from late March's persistent high-pressure ridge, which delivered daytime highs of 20–22°C through March 29 amid above-average solar insolation and stable atmospheric conditions. Early April climatology supports the 16–19°C cluster (collectively over 90% market share), aligning with historical averages of 17–18°C at Beijing Capital International Airport, though spring variability introduces uncertainty from potential cold air intrusions or model shifts. Traders await tomorrow's updated GFS and ECMWF runs for refined guidance ahead of resolution.
