This market will resolve to "Yes" if the full or partial audio recording of President Biden's interview with Special Counsel Robert Hur is released by June 30, 2024 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No."

A leaked recording will qualify for a "Yes" resolution if the authenticity of the recording is confirmed.

The primary resolution source for this market will be information from the DOJ, however, a credible consensus of reporting may also be used.
