Trader consensus on Polymarket prices New York City’s Parcl Labs median home value trajectory at approximately $578,000 for April 1, with implied probabilities tightly split—575-580k at 37.5% narrowly leading 580-585k at 28.9%—reflecting a stable sales-based index amid low inventory and steady urban demand. February’s Zillow Home Value Index for NYC rose 0.3% month-over-month to $711,726, but Parcl’s all-property median remains lower due to its real-time sales trajectory methodology, showing minimal volatility since the prior month’s resolution near $585,000. Key swing factors include late-March transaction data and seasonal adjustments, with institutional investor net selling exerting mild downward pressure; resolution hinges on Parcl’s April 1 publication.
