Janelle Stelson holds a strong position as the Democratic challenger in Pennsylvania's competitive 10th congressional district, a rematch against incumbent Republican Scott Perry in a seat rated toss-up by major forecasters. Stelson secured her nomination with a decisive primary victory in May 2026 and maintains a clear fundraising advantage, having raised over $6.3 million compared to Perry's roughly $5.2 million while holding substantially more cash on hand. A moderate Republican group has endorsed her and targeted Perry with ads, highlighting dissatisfaction among some GOP voters. The district's narrow 2024 margin and Perry's unopposed primary have reinforced trader consensus around Stelson's higher implied probability, though the general election on November 3 remains closely watched amid broader midterm dynamics.

A candidate's party will be determined by their ballot-listed or otherwise identifiable affiliation with that party at the time all of the 2026 House elections are conclusively called by this market's resolution sources. A candidate without a ballot-listed affiliation to either the Democrat or Republican parties will be considered a member of one of these parties based on the party with which they most recently expressed their intent to caucus at the time all of the House elections are conclusively called by this market's resolution sources.
This market will resolve based on the result of the election as indicated by a consensus of credible reporting. If there is ambiguity, this market will resolve based solely on the official results as reported by the United States government, specifically the Federal Election Commission (https://www.fec.gov/).
