Arizona’s 6th congressional district remains a competitive swing seat where the Republican incumbent Juan Ciscomani defeated his Democratic opponent by three points in 2024. Early 2026 polling shows Democratic front-runner JoAnna Mendoza, a retired Marine and primary candidate, holding narrow leads over Ciscomani in head-to-head matchups. Both candidates have raised substantial funds ahead of the July 21 primaries, with Mendoza posting strong quarterly hauls. The district’s even partisan balance and historical closeness position it as a potential battleground in the broader 2026 midterms, where trader consensus on Polymarket reflects these polling trends and the absence of decisive shifts in candidate positioning or district dynamics.
