This market will resolve to "Yes" if the listed entity that announces a deal with TKO Group Holdings and/or Ultimate Fighting for streaming rights by December 31, 2025. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".

This market will resolve based on the first official announcement made by TKO/UFC and/or the listed entity of an agreement as to which entity or entities will receive streaming rights for UFC after the expiration of the present agreement with ESPN. If multiple listed entities receive streaming rights at the same time, multiple markets within this event may resolve to "Yes".

A listed company's subsidiaries will be considered a part of that company for the purposes of this market (e.g., ESPN will be considered part of Disney, etc.).

The primary resolution source will be information from TKO/UFC and the listed entity a deal is announced with, however a consensus of credible reporting will also be used.
