This market will resolve to "Yes" if Benjamin Netanyahu ceases to be Prime Minister of Israel for any length of time between December 27, 2023, and June 30, 2024, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".

If Netanyahu ceases to be Prime Minister of Israel for any length of time within this market's timeframe, this market will immediately resolve to "Yes". This market will not resolve to "No" until its timeframe expires and Netanyahu has remained Prime Minister of Israel for the entire duration without interruption.

The primary resolution source for this market will be official information from the government of the State of Israel, however a consensus of credible reporting will also be used.

If Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu visits New York City by March 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, this market will resolve to "Yes". Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".

For the purpose of this market, a "visit" is defined as Netanyahu physically entering the terrestrial territory of New York City, and setting foot on the ground. Whether or not Netanyahu enters New York City's airspace or maritime territory during the timeframe of this market will have no bearing on a positive resolution.

This market will resolve to "Yes" if the 25th Knesset, which is the sitting parliament of Israel, is dissolved between May 12 and December 31, 2025, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".

This market will resolve to "Yes" if Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is arrested or detained by law enforcement by March 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".

Temporary holding at a detention facility while awaiting a judge’s decision on whether to grant a detention warrant qualifies, so long as they are held by law enforcement in an official capacity during that time.

A qualifying arrest/detention includes:
* Being taken into physical custody by law enforcement authorities (including federal, state, local, military, or international law enforcement)

A meeting is defined as any encounter where both Benjamin Netanyahu and Ahmed al-Sharaa are present and interact with each other in person.

An exchange of words, handshake, direct conversation, or other clear personal interaction between the named individuals will qualify as a meeting. Merely standing in proximity, making eye contact, or being present in the same room or event without direct interaction will not qualify.

This market will resolve to "Yes" if Eyal Zamir announces that he will resign as Chief of the General Staff of the Israel Defense Forces, or otherwise steps down from/is removed from this position by December 31, 2025, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".

Note that an announcement of Eyal Zamir's resignation or removal before the resolution date will suffice to resolve this market to "Yes" regardless of if/when he actually steps down.

Sanctions could include measures like tariffs, trade restrictions, financial penalties, diplomatic expulsions, travel bans, restrictions on specific individuals, or any other actions that are commonly recognized as sanctions.

Sanctions against Israeli citizens or entities which do not directly target the Israeli state or members of the Israeli government will not qualify.
