High relative humidity around 80% further limited solar heating, aligning with European model consensus (ICON, GFS) that anticipated subdued highs below seasonal norms of 13-15°C for mid-April in Munich. This positioning reflects verified hourly data up to 18:00 UTC, with no notable discrepancies. Realistic challenges would require a DWD data revision from an audit or equipment recalibration, though such events are exceedingly rare for established stations.
