A low-pressure system and associated trough brought widespread cloud cover, thunderstorms, and light rain—evident in hourly readings peaking around 17–20°C midday—severely limiting solar heating and capping highs well below the March climatological average of 25°C. AccuWeather corroborated with a reported high of 68°F (20°C). Realistic challenges would require verified data revisions from authoritative sources like CONAGUA or NOAA, unlikely given multi-station alignment, with final resolution pending any late official tallies.
