This market will resolve to "Yes" if the state of New Jersey officially declares a state of emergency directly related to the recent sightings of mysterious drones and unexplained arial phenomena by 11:59 PM ET on December 31, 2024. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".

The primary resolution source will be announcements from the government of New Jersey, however a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
