Shohei Ohtani's dominant 46.5% implied probability leads trader consensus for 2026 NL MVP, fueled by his historic 50-homer, 50-steal season and Dodgers' World Series title, positioning him as the National League's premier offensive force amid their loaded lineup. Juan Soto's 14% odds surged post his record $765 million Mets signing, signaling long-term contention in the NL East. Fernando Tatis Jr. (10.5%) and Ronald Acuña Jr. (10%) vie as perennial stars, though Acuña's ACL recovery looms large. Francisco Lindor and Elly De La Cruz (6% each) reflect breakout consistency and raw athleticism, while Bryce Harper, Mookie Betts, and trade-rumored Kyle Tucker round out the field amid health and relocation uncertainties. Early offseason moves like Soto's pact and Tucker's Astros shopped status drive volatility ahead of spring training.
