Trader consensus on Polymarket prices a 76% implied probability for 2.6-2.8 million TSA checkpoint passengers on April 2, reflecting sustained spring break momentum and pre-Easter travel ramp-up despite recent government shutdown disruptions. Yesterday's April 1 screening totaled 2.36 million, following a March 31 low of 2.15 million amid TSA staffing strains, but rebounds to 2.76 million on March 29 and a seven-day average of 2.54 million signal renewed volume. Airlines for America forecasts a record 2.8 million daily average through April 30, bolstering higher buckets, while improving lines post-payroll resolution reduce downside risks for sub-2.4 million outcomes. Resolution hinges on final TSA data release later today ahead of Easter Sunday April 5.
