Trader consensus heavily favors "No" at 92.5% implied probability for Elon Musk securing full custody of his son Romulus with Ashley St. Clair, driven by the absence of any confirmed court filing despite Musk's January 12 public statement on X threatening to pursue it over her apology for past anti-trans remarks. St. Clair, the child's primary caregiver since his September 2024 birth, previously sued Musk for sole custody and paternity in February 2025, amid reports of his multimillion-dollar support offers. No legal developments have emerged in the three months since, with family courts typically prioritizing maternal custody for infants amid Musk's limited involvement. An upset would require Musk to file aggressively and prove unfitness via her recent social media feuds, though high-profile cases remain unpredictable.
