This market will resolve to "Yes" if USDC is 98 cents or above for 6 consecutive hours (namely it never hit .979999 or below during the 6h period) between March 11, 10:00 AM ET and March 31, 2023, 11:59:59 PM ET.
If USDC was 98 cents or above for a 6 hour period starting on the last day, e.g. March 31, 9:00 PM ET to April 1, 3:00 AM ET, this market will still resolve to "Yes."
