This market will resolve to “Yes” if the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) does not conduct electronic trading in NMS securities at any time during the regularly scheduled trading session (9:30 AM to 4:00 PM ET) on February 23, 2026. Otherwise, this market will resolve to “No.”
“Electronic trading” refers to the operation of NYSE’s electronic matching systems for the execution of trades in NMS securities. The status of the NYSE physical trading floor is not relevant to this market.
If the NYSE conducts electronic trading at any time between 9:30 AM and 4:00 PM ET on February 23, 2026, including following a delayed opening or prior to a later halt or suspension, this market will resolve to “No.”
An official announcement from NYSE that trading will not occur for the entirety of the regular trading session will qualify to immediately resolve the market.
