This market will resolve to "Yes" if the FDV of $MFER reaches $1,000,000,000.00 or greater for five consecutive minutes between April 23, 2024, 2:00 PM ET, and May 31, 2024, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".

The primary resolution source for this market will be 1 minute price candles for $MFER available at https://dexscreener.com/base/0x7ec18abf80e865c6799069df91073335935c4185, viewed by clicking Price and 1m on the top row of the chart. Specifically, five consecutive 1-minute price candles need to all have Low prices which, when multiplied by the total supply of $MFER, provide an FDV $1,000,000,000.00 or greater for this market to resolve to “Yes.”

If the five minute period starts at e.g. May 31, 11:58 PM ET to June 1, 12:02 AM ET, it will count for this market.

This market will resolve to "Yes" if FedEx reports non-GAAP EPS greater than $4.03 for the relevant quarter in its next quarterly earnings release. If OpenAI is acquired, dissolved, or merged into another entity before an IPO occurs, this market will resolve to “No.” In the event of a restructuring, the market will resolve based on the entity legally recognized as OpenAI’s successor will

This market will resolve to “No” if any of the following conditions are met between September 10, 2025, 6 PM ET, and December 31, 2025, 11:59 PM ET:

- MrBeast hits 500 million subscribers
- Trump meets MrBeast in 2025
- Another MrBeast video gets 55m+ day 1 views 

Otherwise, this market will resolve to “Yes”.

The service will allow users to, among other things, secure funding for their X Wallets, perform P2P payments, and transfer funds to their bank accounts. This market will resolve to "Yes" if X launches 'X Money' between January 27 and December 31, 2025, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".

If 'X Money' is made publicly available for a majority of US users exclusively through purchase or X premium it will be sufficient to resolve this market to "Yes". Limited betas will not qualify.

The feature does not have to be titled 'X Money' for this market to resolve to "Yes" so long as the feature provides one or more of the named services.

The primary resolution source for this market will be official information from X, however a consensus of credible reporting will also be used.
