Paulette Tejada sits as the clearest alternative, drawing support from her high-pressure private-chef background and consistent early-episode performances. The remaining field, including Aidan Barry Owens and Stephen Kina, trails as episodes continue to highlight the gap between trained restaurant talent and contestants whose résumés lean more toward reality-TV endurance than culinary precision. With weekly eliminations narrowing the cast, upcoming challenges around ingredient procurement and team dynamics could still create volatility before the finale.
