**Netflix concluded the main Stranger Things series with Season 5's staggered release across late 2025—Volume 1 on November 26, Volume 2 on December 25, and the finale on December 31—setting the stage for 2026 extensions of the franchise.** With the core narrative resolved, trader attention has shifted to confirmed spin-off projects such as Tales from '85 and related new episodes expected this year. Key upcoming catalysts include the July 15 tenth-anniversary milestone and potential November 6 Stranger Things Day announcements, which historically drive release timelines and marketing pushes. Netflix's pattern of volume-based drops and limited theatrical events for finales continues to shape expectations around precise drop windows, while competitive streaming calendars and production updates on cast availability add layers of uncertainty to near-term resolutions.

For the purposes of this market, an “episode” must be listed as a distinct episode of Stranger Things on Netflix and be playable for general subscribers in the United States. A behind-the-scenes featurette, documentary, trailer, recap, cast interview, deleted scenes compilation, or other bonus content will not count unless it is clearly presented by Netflix as an official numbered or titled episode of the series.
If Netflix releases an alternate cut, extended cut, or “secret” version of an already-released episode, it will not count unless it is listed as a separate episode entry on Netflix.
The primary resolution source for this market will be the Stranger Things title page on Netflix (episode list and availability), however a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
