This market will resolve according to the company in the Nasdaq-100 that achieves the lowest performance during the calendar year 2025.

Performance will be measured as the percentage change in each specified security's price during this market's timeframe, calculated by comparing the closing price for the last official trading day prior to this timeframe (December 31, 2024) to the closing price for the last official trading day within this timeframe (December 31, 2025).

All companies that are constituents of the Nasdaq-100 as of market issuance will be eligible for consideration, regardless of whether they are removed before the market's resolution date. Any company added to the index after market creation will not qualify.

The primary resolution source will be the “Historical Quotes” page for the specified ticker on Nasdaq at: nasdaq.com.

Only closing prices will be used for all calculations; total return measures will not be applied.

If multiple specified companies exhibit exactly the same lowest performance, the market will resolve to the company whose ticker appears first in alphabetical order.

If any unspecified company achieves the lowest performance during the relevant period, the market will resolve to “Other”.

If either of the relevant trading days are shortened, the official closing price published for that session will be used.

If any relevant day lacks a specified closing price, the last valid historical closing price offered by the resolution source will be used.

Updates to historical prices displayed after resolution will not be considered.

This market will resolve according to the company in the Nasdaq-100 that achieves the lowest performance during the week ending December 19, 2025.

Performance will be measured as the percentage change in each specified security's price during this market's timeframe, calculated by comparing the closing price for the last official trading day prior to this timeframe (December 12, 2025) to the closing price for the last official trading day within this timeframe (December 19, 2025).

All companies that are constituents of the Nasdaq-100 as of market issuance will be eligible for consideration, regardless of whether they are removed before the market's resolution date. Any company added to the index after market creation will not qualify.

The primary resolution source will be the “Historical Quotes” page for the specified ticker on Nasdaq at: nasdaq.com.

Only closing prices will be used for all calculations; total return measures will not be applied.

This market will resolve according to the index that performs best for the week beginning December 15, among the Warren Buffett Index, the Bill Ackman Index, and the S&P 500.

The performance of each index will be determined by the 1-week trailing percentage return of each index for the final trading day of the specified week. The index with the best percentage return will be deemed the winner.

If multiple indices perform exactly the same over this market’s timeframe, this market will resolve according to the Index whose abbreviation comes first, as listed in this market group. 

If the specified indices do not trade at all during the regular session, the market will resolve to “Other”.

If either of the relevant trading days are shortened (for example, due to a market holiday schedule), the official closing price published for each relevant index for that shortened session will still be used for resolution.

If any of the relevant days lack a specified price (for example, due to a trading halt into the market close, system issue, delisting, or other disruption), this market will use the last valid historical price offered by the specified resolution sources as the effective closing price for that day.

Updates to historical prices displayed by any of the indices subsequent to this market's resolution will not be considered. This market will resolve according to the methodologies utilized by the specified indices as of the resolution time of this market, regardless of whether those methodologies are later updated.

Will the Warren Buffett Index have the best performance for the week of December 15?

This market will resolve to “Up” if the first official Nasdaq closing price for Cintas (CTAS) after the next earnings release is higher than the official Nasdaq closing price for CTAS prior to the earnings release.

This market will resolve to “Down” if the official Nasdaq closing price for Cintas (CTAS) after the next earnings release is lower than the official Nasdaq closing price for CTAS prior to the earnings release.

This market resolves based on the exact timing of the company’s first public release of earnings figures, regardless of whether they appear in a press release, earnings call, SEC filing, or similar. If the earnings figures are released before the close of regular trading hours, the same day’s closing price will be compared to the most recent prior closing price. If the numbers are released after the market has closed, the following day’s closing price will be compared to the most recent prior closing price.

The ‘most recent prior closing price’ always refers to the latest regular session close preceding the earnings release. Only official closing prices from regular trading days will be used.

This market will resolve to "Yes" if the combined weight of the Magnificent Seven stocks (Apple, Microsoft, Amazon, Google (Alphabet Class A and C), Meta, Tesla, and Nvidia) in the S&P 500 index, calculated using the official S&P 500 index weighting formula, falls below 25% on any trading day (using market close prices) by the last day of trading in 2025. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No."

The resolution source for this market will be daily closes prices applied to the weighting formula for the S&P 500. 

Magnificent 7 shrinks below 25% of S&P 500 in 2025?

This market will resolve to “Yes” if the Nasdaq Stock Exchange (Nasdaq) extends its trading schedule to cover at least 22 hours per day, 5 days per week by June 30, 2026, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to “No”.

5 days per week refers to any 5 24-hour periods which Nasdaq treats as trading days. This is not limited to the weekday hours of the Eastern Time Zone (e.g. a day starting on Sunday at 9PM ET and ending on Monday at 9PM ET will count, as long as at least 22 of the relevant 24 hours are open for trading).

A qualifying Nasdaq trading schedule must be active, operational, and publicly accessible for trading of Nasdaq-listed securities to qualify for a “Yes” resolution. The announcement of such a trading schedule within this market’s timeframe will not suffice on its own.

Technical errors (e.g. a circuit breaker), trading holidays, or any planned shortened days will not disqualify this market from resolving to “Yes,” provided Nasdaq has officially implemented a qualifying trading schedule.

Conagra Brands (CAG) Up or Down After Earnings?

As of market creation, FactSet Research Systems is estimated to release earnings on December 18, 2025. The Street consensus estimate for FactSet Research Systems’s non-GAAP EPS for the relevant quarter is $4.34 as of market creation. This market will resolve to "Yes" if FactSet Research Systems reports non-GAAP EPS greater than $4.34 for the relevant quarter in its next quarterly earnings release. Otherwise, it will resolve to "No." The resolution source will be the non-GAAP EPS listed in the company’s official earnings documents. 

If FactSet Research Systems releases earnings without non-GAAP EPS, then the market will resolve according to the non-GAAP EPS figure reported by SeekingAlpha. If no such figure is published within 96h of market close (4:00:00pm ET) on the day earnings are announced, the market will resolve according to the GAAP EPS listed in the company’s official earnings documents; or, if not published there, according to the GAAP EPS provided by SeekingAlpha. If no GAAP EPS number is available from either source at that time, the market will resolve to “No.” (For the purposes of this market, GAAP EPS refers to diluted GAAP EPS, unless it is not published, in which case it refers to basic GAAP EPS.)

If the company does not release earnings within 45 calendar days of the estimated earnings date, this market will resolve to “No.”

If either of the relevant days has no official closing price (for example, due to a trading halt into the market close, system issue, delisting, or other disruption), the market will use the last valid on-exchange trade price of the regular session as the effective closing price.

Lennar (LEN) Up or Down After Earnings?

This market will resolve to “Up” if the first official NYSE closing price for Accenture (ACN) after the next earnings release is higher than the official NYSE closing price for ACN prior to the earnings release.

This market will resolve to “Down” if the official NYSE closing price for Accenture (ACN) after the next earnings release is lower than the official NYSE closing price for ACN prior to the earnings release.

This market resolves based on the exact timing of the company’s first public release of earnings figures, regardless of whether they appear in a press release, earnings call, SEC filing, or similar. If the earnings figures are released before the close of regular trading hours, the same day’s closing price will be compared to the most recent prior closing price. If the numbers are released after the market has closed, the following day’s closing price will be compared to the most recent prior closing price.

The ‘most recent prior closing price’ always refers to the latest regular session close preceding the earnings release. Only official closing prices from regular trading days will be used.

If the two specified closing prices are exactly equal, this market will resolve 50-50. Note that all figures will be rounded to the nearest cent using standard rounding.

If ACN does not trade at all during the specified regular session, or if the company does not release earnings within 60 calendar days of this market's creation, this market will resolve 50-50.

This market will resolve to "Yes" if a marketwide circuit breaker is triggered on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) at any time between November 7, 2025, and December 31, 2026. Otherwise, this market will resolve to “No”.

A marketwide circuit breaker is defined as a trading halt that is initiated due to significant declines in the S&P 500 Index, specifically a Level 1, Level 2, or Level 3 halt as per NYSE rules.

The primary resolution source for this market will be official information from the NYSE, however a consensus of credible reporting will also be used.

NYSE marketwide circuit breaker before 2027?

As of market creation, NIKE is estimated to release earnings on December 18, 2025. The Street consensus estimate for NIKE's GAAP EPS for the relevant quarter is $0.37 as of market creation. This market will resolve to "Yes" if NIKE reports GAAP EPS greater than $0.37 for the relevant quarter in its next quarterly earnings release. Otherwise, it will resolve to "No." The resolution source will be the GAAP EPS listed in the company’s official earnings documents. 

If NIKE releases earnings without GAAP EPS, then the market will resolve according to the GAAP EPS figure reported by SeekingAlpha. If no such figure is published within 96h of market close (4:00:00pm ET) on the day earnings are announced, the market will resolve to “No”.

If the company does not release earnings within 45 calendar days of the estimated earnings date, this market will resolve to “No.”

Otherwise, it will resolve to "No." The resolution source will be the non-GAAP EPS listed in the company’s official earnings documents. 

If Paychex releases earnings without non-GAAP EPS, then the market will resolve according to the non-GAAP EPS figure reported by SeekingAlpha. If no such figure is published within 96h of market close (4:00:00pm ET) on the day earnings are announced, the market will resolve according to the GAAP EPS listed in the company’s official earnings documents; or, if not published there, according to the GAAP EPS provided by SeekingAlpha. As of market creation, FedEx is estimated to release earnings on December 18, 2025. The Street consensus estimate for FedEx’s non-GAAP EPS for the relevant quarter is $4.03 as of market creation. This market will resolve to "Yes" if FedEx reports non-GAAP EPS greater than $4.03 for the relevant quarter in its next quarterly earnings release. Otherwise, it will resolve to "No." The resolution source will be the non-GAAP EPS listed in the company’s official earnings documents. 

If FedEx releases earnings without non-GAAP EPS, then the market will resolve according to the non-GAAP EPS figure reported by SeekingAlpha.
