The Miami Marlins (26-30) visit the Toronto Blue Jays (26-29) on May 27 at Rogers Centre in an interleague contest. Both clubs sit near the middle of their respective divisions with similar overall records, though the Marlins enter with an 8-15 road mark. Recent series results show the Blue Jays taking two of three earlier in the week, fueled by offensive outbursts including grand slams. Toronto faces multiple pitching absences, including Dylan Cease and José Berríos on the injured list plus Vladimir Guerrero Jr. day-to-day with an elbow issue, while Miami has dealt with its own roster adjustments.
