Shohei Ohtani holds the lowest ERA at 1.79 through 85.2 innings but sits on the injured list, while Ben Brown (1.85), Jacob Misiorowski (1.89), and Cam Schlittler (1.94) sit close behind with stronger recent form and more innings. Dylan Cease, Yoshinobu Yamamoto, Cristopher Sánchez, and Tarik Skubal remain within striking distance as the final weeks feature heavy workloads and potential rest for contenders. With roughly two weeks left and no pitcher pulling away decisively, trader consensus reflects a fragmented race where late surges, injury returns, and qualification thresholds could still shift the leaderboard.
