This market will resolve to "Yes" if official information released by KuCoin, official representatives of KuCoin (e.g. lawyers, spokespeople, etc.), or a consensus of credible reporting announces by April 30, 2024, 11:59 PM ET that KuCoin is insolvent or is filing/has filed for any variety of bankruptcy.

This market will also resolve to "Yes" if KuCoin withdrawals for BTC and/or ETH are suspended for a majority of users for at least 7 full days (168 hours) in a row by April 30, 2024, 11:59 PM ET. The primary resolution source for this settlement criterion will be official information released by KuCoin, official representatives of KuCoin (e.g. lawyers, spokespeople, etc.), and a consensus of credible reporting.

If neither of the above criteria are met, this market will resolve to "No".

KuCoin withdrawals being suspended for a majority of users means that a majority of users are unable to withdraw their BTC and/or ETH from KuCoin (E.g. If a majority of users are unable to withdraw their ETH from KuCoin, it will satisfy the condition.)

If KuCoin suspends withdrawals on a day in the last week of April (e.g. They halt token withdrawals on April 29, 2024, 4 PM ET), this market will not resolve until either: 1) withdrawals are reenabled before 7 full days (168 hours) pass, resulting in a "No" resolution; 2) 7 full days pass (April 29, 2024 - May 6, 2024, 4 PM ET) where withdrawals are suspended, resulting in a "Yes" resolution.

This market will resolve to "Yes" if official information released by Bybit, official representatives of Bybit (e.g. lawyers, spokespeople, etc.), or a consensus of credible reporting announces by December 31, 2025, 11:59 PM ET that Bybit is insolvent or is filing/has filed for any variety of bankruptcy. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".

Bybit insolvent in 2025?

This market will resolve to "Yes" if official information released by Tether Limited Inc., official representatives of Tether Limited Inc. (e.g. lawyers, spokespeople, etc.), or a consensus of credible reporting announces by December 31, 2025, 11:59 PM ET that Tether Limited Inc. is insolvent or is filing/has filed for any variety of bankruptcy. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".

Tether insolvent in 2025?

This market will resolve to “Yes” if any weekly bar in the Kaito “Mindshare over time (L12M)” chart reaches a new all-time high at any point between November 19 and 11:59 PM ET on the date specified in the title. If no new all-time high occurs, the market will resolve to “No.”

This market will resolve to “Yes” if the European Union (EU) dissolves by December 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to “No”.

The European Union will be considered to be dissolved if any of the following conditions are met:

1) More than half of the EU member states (as of market creation) formally withdraw from the EU.

2) An official treaty or agreement is adopted between all EU member states to repeal or nullify the Treaty on European Union or the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union.
 
3) The European Union otherwise ceases to exist as a legal entity.

EU member states will be considered to have withdrawn once they officially initiate their withdrawal and/or formally notify the European Council of their intention to withdraw, regardless of whether the withdrawal is finalized after this market’s timeframe.

This market will resolve to "Yes" if Ethereum (ETH) is not the second or first largest cryptocurrency by market capitalization at any point between March 9, and December 31, 2025 ET, according to CoinGecko. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".

The resolution source will be CoinGecko. If CoinGecko becomes permanently unavailable, another credible source will be chosen. If there is ambiguity, a consensus of credible reporting will be used.

ETH flipped in 2025?

This market will resolve to "Yes" if the listed company announces that it will file for bankruptcy or has filed for bankruptcy of any variety by December 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET.

An announcement will suffice for a "Yes" resolution, regardless of whether or not the actual filing occurs.

The announcement must be made through any of their official or verified channels, including a recorded or written statement by their CEO, legal representation, or any other individual or team that officially represents the company.

Will sports prediction markets be banned in any U.S. state in 2025?

This market will resolve to "Yes" if Kim Keon Hee is sentenced to any time in jail/prison for any charges, including but not limited to allegations of stock price manipulation, bribery, election interference, abuse of power, or criminal acts related to Yoon Suk Yeol’s martial law declaration and related subsequent actions, by March 31, 2026, 11:59 PM. This market will resolve to “Yes” if an official announcement is made by December 31, 2025, 11:59 PM ET that Changpeng Zhao will return to Binance in a permanent role. Otherwise, it will resolve to “No”.

Interim or informal roles will not qualify. An advisory role will qualify so long as it is permanent.
