If this tournament is postponed after April 30, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, canceled, or a winner has not been declared within this timeframe, this market will resolve to “Other”. If multiple teams are declared winners, this market will resolve in favor of the team whose listed team name comes first alphabetically. The resolution source for this market will be official information from the tournament organizer, ESL (https://pro.eslgaming.com/). However, a consensus of credible reporting (e.g., Liquipedia at https://liquipedia.net/counterstrike/Intel_Extreme_Masters/2026/Rio) may also be used.Team Vitality enters the IEM Rio 2026 grand final as an overwhelming trader favorite against Team Spirit in a best-of-five showdown, with implied probabilities reflecting their HLTV world #1 ranking and unmatched 2026 dominance, including a second title at PGL Cluj-Napoca and flawless playoff sweeps over Natus Vincere (2-0) and FURIA (2-0) this week. ZywOo's MVP-level rifling, ropz's rifler consistency, and apEX's in-game leadership have powered Vitality through the group stage despite a rare map loss to G2, while Spirit's run featured wins over MOUZ and Falcons amid recent roster tweaks and coaching flux. Upsets could stem from Spirit exploiting Mirage or Inferno edges, travel fatigue hitting Vitality, or unexpected stand-in issues, though their superior head-to-head history and meta adaptation make shifts improbable.
