This market will resolve to "Mitch" if Mitch has a greater PNL on 0X.Fun than Rektober as of 12:00 PM ET (noon) on September 30, 2024.

This market will resolve to "Rektober" if Rektober has a greater PNL on 0X.Fun than Mitch as of 12:00 PM ET (noon) on September 30, 2024.

If the PNL of each trader is exactly equal as of the resolution date or if no winner can be determined by November 7, 2024, 11:59 PM ET this market will resolve 50-50.

The resolutions source for this market will be the 0X.Fun PNL tracker (https://ox.fun/en) however a consensus of credible reporting may also be used. 


Mitch vs. Rektober: September PnL

This market will resolve to the listed participant with the highest PnL at the end of the Defi App trading competition starting on November 10, 2025.

The resolution source will be the Defi App Leaderboard on https://app.defi.app/contest.

If two or more participants are tied for the highest PnL at the time of resolution, the market will resolve to the participant whose display name appears first in alphabetical order on the official Defi App leaderboard.

If the competition is not completed or the official leaderboard is unavailable, the market will remain open until reliable data is published by Defi App. If no such data becomes available by January 31, 2026 ET, the market will resolve to “Other.”

Note: The official competition includes a large number of participants, however this market will resolve solely based on the listed group of KOL participants. Traders who are not eligible KOLs will not be considered. An eligible KOL will be considered to have won if they are the top trader out of eligible KOLs, regardless of if one of the non-KOL participants finishes ahead of them.

Will Pepper win the Defi App trading competition?

This market will resolve according to the Human trader with the highest Total PnL at the end of the Aster Human vs AI trading competition. The resolution source will be the Human leaderboard on https://www.asterdex.com/en/campaigns/human-vs-ai, viewable under the Human tab.

If two or more participants are tied for the highest Total PnL at the time of resolution, the market will resolve to the participant whose display name appears first in the ordering used on the official Aster Human leaderboard.

If the competition is not completed or the official leaderboard is unavailable, the market will remain open until reliable data is published by Aster. If no such data becomes available by December 31, 2025 ET, the market will resolve to “Other”.

Will ProMint win the Aster trading competition?

This market will resolve based on the AI with the highest Total P&L at the end of the OKBet Arena. The resolution source will be the leaderboard available at https://arena.okbet.trade/. Total P&L can be viewed by clicking on the wallet icon for each respective AI.

If two or more AIs are tied for the highest Total P&L at the time of resolution, the market will resolve to the AI that comes first in alphabetical order.

AI-generated audio or video will count toward this market's resolution.

Any usage of the term, regardless of context, will count toward the resolution of this market.

Otherwise, this market will resolve to “No”.

This market will resolve based on Discord's market capitalization at the closing price on its first day of trading.

If no IPO occurs by June 30, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, the market will resolve to "No IPO by June 30, 2026".

Market capitalization expresses the monetary value of a company’s outstanding shares, stated in its pricing currency. It is calculated as the number of shares outstanding multiplied by the closing share price on the first trading day.

If the relevant value falls exactly between two brackets, then this market will resolve to the higher range bracket.

Resolution will be based on the primary exchange’s official listing page. In the event that the relevant figure is not displayed, another reliable source will be used.

In the event of an interruption in the course of the normal trading session on Discord’s first day of trading (e.g., a circuit breaker or half-day), the market will resolve according to the official closing price of the abbreviated session. If no such official closing price is published, the market will resolve according to the next trading day on which an official closing price is published, treating that as the first day of trading for purposes of this market.

Will Discord not IPO by June 30, 2026?

This market will resolve to “No” if any of the following conditions are met between September 19, 2025, 6 PM ET, and December 31, 2025, 11:59 PM ET:

- GPT-5 scores above 40% on Humanity’s Last Exam
- AI wins IMO gold medal

This market will resolve according to the combined outcome of whether there will be another US government shutdown by January 31 (https://polymarket.com/event/will-there-be-another-us-government-shutdown-by-january-31?) and according to which party will win the House in 2026 (https://polymarket.com/event/which-party-will-win-the-house-in-2026?).

The rules and resolution criteria are as follows:

1. Will there be another US government shutdown by January 31?
This market will resolve according to whether the U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM) announces another federal government shutdown due to a lapse in appropriations by January 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET.

Partial shutdowns count as shutdowns; announcements of office closures due to holidays or inclement weather do not qualify as a shutdown.

The resolution source for this market will be OPM’s Operating Status page (https://www.opm.gov/policy-data-oversight/snow-dismissal-procedures/current-status/).

2. Which party will win the House in 2026?
This market will resolve according to the party that controls the House of Representatives following the 2026 U.S. House elections scheduled for November 3, 2026.

House control is defined as having more than half of the voting members of the U.S. House of Representatives.

If the outcome of this election is ambiguous given the above rules, this market will remain open until the Speaker of the House is selected following the 2026 U.S. general election, at which point it will resolve to the party the Speaker is affiliated with at the time of their election to that position. If the elected Speaker does not caucus with any listed party this market will resolve “Other”.

Determination of which party controls the House after the 2026 U.S. House elections will be based on a consensus of credible reporting, or if there is ambiguity, final federal and/or state election authority certification or other final official determination of the 2026 election results.

Will there be no US government shutdown by January 31 and will the Democratic Party win the House in 2026?

This market will resolve to “Yes” if any weekly bar in the Kaito “Mindshare over time (L12M)” chart reaches a new all-time high at any point between November 19 and 11:59 PM ET on the date specified in the title. If no new all-time high occurs, the market will resolve to “No.”

This market will resolve according to the result of the 2026 United States midterm elections.

A party will be considered to have 'control' of the House of Representatives, if they win a majority of voting seats.

A party will be considered to have 'control' of the Senate if they have more than half of the voting Senate members, or half of the voting Senate members and the Vice President.

A candidate's party is determined by their ballot-listed or otherwise identifiable affiliation with that party at the time the 2026 United States midterm elections are conclusively called by this market's resolution sources. A candidate without a ballot-listed affiliation to either the Democrat or Republican Parties will be considered a member of one of these parties based on the party that they most recently expressed their intent to caucus with at the time the 2026 United States midterm elections are conclusively called by this market's resolution sources.

If control of the House is ambiguous given the above rules, this market will resolve according to the party affiliation of the first Speaker of the US House who is selected following the 2026 United States midterm elections. 

If control of the Senate is ambiguous given the above rules, this market will resolve according to the party affiliation of the first Majority Leader of the US Senate who is selected following the 2026 United States midterm elections.

The resolution source for this market is the Associated Press, Fox News, and NBC. This market will resolve once all three sources have conclusively called winners of the House and Senate in the 2026 United States midterm elections. If all three sources do not achieve consensus in calling the relevant races for this market, it will resolve based on the official certification.

2026 Balance of Power: R Senate, D House
