This market will resolve according to the player who is officially named the 2026 Golden Boy award winner. If no 2026 Golden Boy award winner is announced by December 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, this market will resolve to "Other". The primary resolution source for this market will be official information from Tuttosport. A consensus of credible reporting may also be used.Pau Cubarsi’s 90% market-implied probability reflects his commanding lead in Tuttosport’s latest Golden Boy rankings, driven by his standout role in Spain’s 2026 World Cup victory—where the Barcelona center-back earned Young Player honors while anchoring a stingy defense—and a strong start to the 2026-27 La Liga and Champions League campaigns. Traders view the award as his to lose given consistent elite output at age 19 and historical precedent for World Cup momentum carrying through to the December ceremony. Longshots such as Kenan Yildiz, Leny Yoro, and Warren Zaire-Emery sit at single-digit or negligible implied odds, underscoring the gap in current form and jury perception. A late surge from another contender or an unexpected injury remains the main realistic path to an upset before voting concludes.
