Garrett Wilson has posted 31 receptions on 42 targets through five 2026 games as the Jets' clear alpha wideout, benefiting from elevated volume amid injuries to Adonai Mitchell, Omar Cooper, Breece Hall, and others. Paired with quarterback Geno Smith under offensive coordinator Frank Reich, Wilson has drawn roughly 30% of New York's targets while posting a strong catch rate and PFF grade near 81. The 2-3 Jets face a neutral matchup at New England in Week 6 before a stretch featuring Miami, Las Vegas, and Kansas City, where offensive line play, play-calling emphasis on Wilson, and returns by supporting skill players could influence his per-game target share and overall season total.
