This market resolves to "Yes" if DraftKings makes at least one prediction market live and accessible to users on their U.S. platform in any U.S. state by December 31, 2025, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, it resolves to "No."

A “prediction market” refers to a tradable binary contract on a future event that is executed on an exchange venue (e.g., a CFTC-regulated Designated Contract Market) and offered on inside DraftKings’ U.S. site/app. Whitelabeling with a partner DCM via an FCM or other integration will qualify however fixed-odds sportsbook bets and fantasy contests do not qualify. Announcements alone do not qualify; the product must be operational.

The resolution's source will be a consensus of credible reporting.

This market will resolve according to the player who wins 2025-2026 NFL Offensive Rookie of the Year Award. 

The primary resolution source for this market is official information from the NFL.

Will Tetairoa McMillan be the 2025-2026 NFL Offensive Rookie of the Year?

This is a polymarket to predict whether a team from the AFC or the NFC will win the NFL 2025-26 Super Bowl.

If the winning team of the 2025-26 Super Bowl is from the AFC, this market will resolve to "AFC".

If the winning team of the 2025-26 Super Bowl is from the NFC, this market will resolve to "NFC".

If the Super Bowl is canceled or not completed by May 31, 2026, this market will resolve to 50–50.

The primary resolution source will be official information from the NFL. A consensus of credible reporting may also be used.

Super Bowl - Winning Conference 

This is a polymarket on whether the listed club will win the 2025–26 Serie A.

This market will resolve to "Yes" if the listed club is officially crowned the winner of the 2025–26 Serie A. Otherwise, it will resolve to "No".

If at any point it becomes impossible for the listed club to win the league (e.g. they are mathematically eliminated), the market will resolve to "No".

If the 2025–26 Serie A season is canceled or not completed by October 1, 2026, this market will resolve to "Other".

The primary resolution source will be official information from Serie A. A consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
