Matrix holds a slight roster stability advantage after minimal changes post-recent roster tweaks, while Wave Esports rides momentum from a 2-1 group win last week but struggles on pistol rounds (45% win rate). Absent head-to-head history or standout stars, map vetoes—likely Mirage or Inferno—could swing outcomes in this high-variance single-game format, underscoring BO1 unpredictability where upsets exceed 40% historically in similar tiers.
