This market will resolve to "Yes" if the candidates are seated for the ABC-hosted presidential debate, currently scheduled for September 10, 2024. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No." If the September 10, 2024, debate is postponed, this market will apply to the first ABC-hosted presidential debate that occurs before the 2024 election. If no ABC-hosted presidential debate occurs before the 2024 election this market will resolve to "No". The candidate's will be considered “seated” if at least one of the candidates is provided with a chair from which they can conduct debate. Candidates choosing to stand up or sit down during the debate will not affect the resolution of the market. The resolution source will be the official debate broadcast and information from ABC, however a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
