This market will resolve to "Yes" if Berkshire Hathaway Inc Class A (BRK.A) stock is trading at over $600,000.00 on market close on June 3, 2024. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".

This market will resolve solely based on the "Close" figure found on the "HISTORIC PRICES" chart on BRK.A's NYSE page (https://www.nyse.com/quote/XNYS:BRK.A). If the resolution source is down or delayed at market close, this market will remain open until it returns or is otherwise updated.

If BRK.A price is undefined on the "HISTORIC PRICES" chart for "Close" for this date by the time table data is updated for June 4, 2024, this market will resolve to "No".

Berkshire Hathaway closes above $600k today?

This market will resolve according to the index that performs best for the week beginning December 15, among the Warren Buffett Index, the Bill Ackman Index, and the S&P 500.

The performance of each index will be determined by the 1-week trailing percentage return of each index for the final trading day of the specified week. The index with the best percentage return will be deemed the winner.

Information from the "Performance" table, specifically the 1-week trailing percentage return figure found under "1W", will be used to resolve this market, once information is finalized for the final day of the specified trading period.

Information from the "Performance" table, specifically the 1-week trailing percentage return figure found under "1W", will be used to resolve this market, once information is finalized for the final day of the specified trading period.

Information from the "Historical Prices" table will be used to resolve this market, specifically the 1-week trailing percentage return calculated as the percentage change between the closing price for the final trading day of the specified week and the closing price for the corresponding day of the previous week (e.g. if the final trading day of the specified week is a Thursday, the closing price of the previous Thursday will be used to calculate the 1-week trailing percentage return).

Note that all relevant figures will be rounded to the nearest cent using standard rounding.

If multiple indices perform exactly the same over this market’s timeframe, this market will resolve according to the Index whose abbreviation comes first, as listed in this market group. 

If the specified indices do not trade at all during the regular session, the market will resolve to “Other”.

If either of the relevant trading days are shortened (for example, due to a market holiday schedule), the official closing price published for each relevant index for that shortened session will still be used for resolution.

If any of the relevant days lack a specified price (for example, due to a trading halt into the market close, system issue, delisting, or other disruption), this market will use the last valid historical price offered by the specified resolution sources as the effective closing price for that day.

Updates to historical prices displayed by any of the indices subsequent to this market's resolution will not be considered. This market will resolve according to the methodologies utilized by the specified indices as of the resolution time of this market, regardless of whether those methodologies are later updated.

Will the Warren Buffett Index have the best performance for the week of December 15?

This market will resolve to “Up” if the first official NYSE closing price for KB Home (KBH) after the next earnings release is higher than the official NYSE closing price for KBH prior to the earnings release.

This market will resolve to “Down” if the official NYSE closing price for KB Home (KBH) after the next earnings release is lower than the official NYSE closing price for KBH prior to the earnings release.

This market resolves based on the exact timing of the company’s first public release of earnings figures, regardless of whether they appear in a press release, earnings call, SEC filing, or similar. If the earnings figures are released before the close of regular trading hours, the same day’s closing price will be compared to the most recent prior closing price. If the numbers are released after the market has closed, the following day’s closing price will be compared to the most recent prior closing price.

The ‘most recent prior closing price’ always refers to the latest regular session close preceding the earnings release. Only official closing prices from regular trading days will be used.

If the two specified closing prices are exactly equal, this market will resolve 50-50. Note that all figures will be rounded to the nearest cent using standard rounding.

If KBH does not trade at all during the specified regular session, or if the company does not release earnings within 60 calendar days of this market's creation, this market will resolve 50-50.

If either of the relevant days is shortened (for example, due to a market holiday), the official closing price published by the NYSE for that shortened session will still be used for resolution.

If either of the relevant days has no official closing price (for example, due to a trading halt into the market close, system issue, delisting, or other disruption), the market will use the last valid on-exchange trade price of the regular session as the effective closing price.

KB Home (KBH) Up or Down After Earnings?

As of market creation, KB Home is estimated to release earnings on December 18, 2025. The Street consensus estimate for KB Home's GAAP EPS for the relevant quarter is $1.79 as of market creation. This market will resolve to "Yes" if KB Home reports GAAP EPS greater than $1.79 for the relevant quarter in its next quarterly earnings release. Otherwise, it will resolve to "No." The resolution source will be the GAAP EPS listed in the company’s official earnings documents. 

If KB Home releases earnings without GAAP EPS, then the market will resolve according to the GAAP EPS figure reported by SeekingAlpha. If no such figure is published within 96h of market close (4:00:00pm ET) on the day earnings are announced, the market will resolve to “No”.

If the company does not release earnings within 45 calendar days of the estimated earnings date, this market will resolve to “No.”

This market will resolve to "Yes" if OpenAI achieves a public valuation of $1 trillion USD or more, or raises a private funding round that values the company at $1 trillion or more between June 22 and December 31, 2025, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No."

To qualify, the valuation must be explicitly confirmed by OpenAI or an overwhelming consensus of credible reporting. 

The resolution source will be OpenAI’s official communications, however a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.

OpenAI $1T+ valuation in 2025?

This market will immediately resolve to "Yes" if any Binance 1 minute candle for Bitcoin (BTC/USDT) has a final "High" price equal to or greater than the price specified in the title by 11:59PM ET on the date specified in the title. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No."

This market will resolve to "Yes" if Phantom's daily builder revenue is equal to or greater than the value specified in the title on any day by December 31, 2025. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".

As of market creation, Lamb Weston Holdings is estimated to release earnings on December 19, 2025. The Street consensus estimate for Lamb Weston Holdings’s non-GAAP EPS for the relevant quarter is $0.63 as of market creation. This market will resolve to "Yes" if Lamb Weston Holdings reports non-GAAP EPS greater than $0.63 for the relevant quarter in its next quarterly earnings release. Otherwise, it will resolve to "No." The resolution source will be the non-GAAP EPS listed in the company’s official earnings documents. 

If Lamb Weston Holdings releases earnings without non-GAAP EPS, then the market will resolve according to the non-GAAP EPS figure reported by SeekingAlpha. This market will resolve to “Yes” if OpenAI completes an initial public offering (IPO) valued at $1 trillion USD or higher at the time of the IPO by December 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, it will resolve to “No.”

An “initial public offering (IPO)” refers to the first sale of OpenAI’s equity securities to the public through a regulated stock exchange.

OpenAI will be considered to have achieved a $1 trillion valuation if the market capitalization implied by the IPO offering price multiplied by the total number of outstanding shares equals or exceeds $1 trillion USD.

Announcements, filings, or planned IPOs that do not result in public trading by that time will not qualify. Private funding rounds, secondary share sales, or employee-share transactions will not be considered.
