In the 2025 MLB Division Series between the Milwaukee Brewers and the Chicago Cubs:

If the Milwaukee Brewers win the series, the market will resolve to “Brewers”.

If the Chicago Cubs win the series, the market will resolve to “Cubs”.

The resolution source will be MLB.com.

This market will resolve to the team that wins the 2025 MLS Cup.

If at any point it becomes impossible for this team to win the MLS Cup based on the rules of Major League Soccer (e.g., they are eliminated in the playoff bracket), this market will resolve immediately to “No”.

The resolution source for this market will be official information from Major League Soccer (MLS). A consensus of credible reporting may also be used.

Will Vancouver Whitecaps FC win the 2025 MLS Cup?

This market will resolve according to the team that wins the listed division during the 2025-26 NHL regular season.

If at any point it becomes impossible for a listed team to win its division (e.g., mathematical elimination before season end), the relevant market will resolve immediately to “No.”

If the 2025-26 NHL season is permanently canceled or has not been completed by June 30, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, this market will resolve to “Other.”

Will the Colorado Avalanche win the Central Division?

This market will resolve according to the winner of the listed division for the 2025–2026 NBA Eastern Conference Finals. 

If it becomes impossible for this team to win based on the rules of the NBA this market will resolve to “No”. 

If multiple teams share the same record, official NBA tie breaking rules will be used to determine the outcome.

The resolution source for this market will be information from the NBA.

Will the Cleveland Cavaliers win the 2025–2026 NBA Central Division?

This market refers to the 2025 MLB World Series broadcast.

This market will resolve according to the “Viewers” figure listed for 2025 in the “World Series TV Ratings” table on Baseball Almanac: https://www.baseball-almanac.com/ws/wstv.shtml.

If the series is canceled entirely, this market will resolve to the lowest range bracket.

If Baseball Almanac does not provide a “Viewers” entry for 2025 by March 31, 2026, another credible source may be chosen.

This market will resolve according to the team that wins the 2025 NBA Cup. 

If at any point this team is eliminated from contention to win the NBA Cup, this market will automatically resolve to "No".

This market will resolve according to the team that wins the Western Conference during the 2025-26 NHL Playoffs.

If the 2025-26 NHL season is permanently canceled or the playoffs have not been completed by August 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, this market will resolve to “Other.”

This market will resolve according to the team that wins the 2026 NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournament.

If it is impossible for a team to win the 2026 NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournament according to the rules of the competition (i.e. they are eliminated) , the corresponding market will immediately resolve to “No”.

If for any reason no winner is declared by December 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, this market will resolve to "Other".

The resolution source for this market will be information from the NCAA.

This market will resolve according to the team that finishes the 2025-2026 NBA Regular Season with the best record in the league.

This market will resolve to “No” if it becomes impossible for this team to finish the regular Season with the best record.

If multiple teams are tied for most wins in the 2025-26 NBA Regular Season, this market will resolve in favor of the team who receives home court advantage for the 2026 NBA playoffs.
