This market will resolve to “Yes” if Kaitlyn Siragusa (known as Amouranth) is legally divorced from her husband, Nick Lee, by June 30, 2026, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to “No”. A final divorce decree or equivalent court order issued by a competent jurisdiction by the specified date will be required for a “Yes” resolution, regardless of any prior announcements of intention to divorce or separations. The primary resolution source will be public court records from the relevant jurisdiction. A consensus of credible media reporting confirming the existence of such a decree may also be used. Personal statements, social media posts, or announcements by Amouranth, Nick Lee, or their representatives will not be sufficient on their own for resolution.Trader consensus reflects an 89.5% implied probability on "No" for Amouranth finalizing a divorce by June 30, driven by the absence of any confirmed legal filings or court actions despite years of public marital strife. A heated February livestream clash in a Peru hotel saw her threaten divorce to husband Nick Lee amid abuse allegations, but no subsequent developments—like official separation papers or proceedings—have surfaced in the last 60 days. Nick Lee's recent Kick streams as of early May still position him as her spouse without resolution signals, highlighting procedural delays and the tight timeline left, leading crowds to price in significant barriers to a pre-deadline outcome.
