This market will resolve according to the player that finishes the 2026 Men’s NCAA Division 1 Basketball season and NCAA Tournament with the highest points per game average of any qualified player. In the event of a tie for the highest points per game average, this market will resolve in favor of the player who appeared in the greater number of games. If the tied players also played the same number of games, the market will resolve in favor of the player whose listed last name comes first alphabetically. Qualification for inclusion in official NCAA leaderboards (such as minimum games or statistical thresholds) will be determined according to NCAA rules and applied exactly as reflected in the official leaderboard. If the 2026 Men’s NCAA Division 1 Basketball season is cancelled, postponed after April 20, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, or if an official leader has not been declared within that timeframe, this market will resolve to "Other". The resolution source will be the NCAA (ncaa.com/stats/basketball-men/d1).BYU freshman AJ Dybantsa commands a dominant lead as the NCAA Division I men's basketball points per game leader at 25.5 PPG across 35 regular-season games, fueling trader consensus at near-certainty with efficient 51/37/77 shooting splits and consistent high-volume scoring, including a 40-point Big 12 Tournament outburst and 35 points in BYU's NCAA Tournament first-round loss to Texas on March 19. Challengers like Jordan Riley (23.6 PPG, 30 games at ECU), Daeshun Ruffin (23.3 PPG, 28 games at Jackson State), and Darius Acuff Jr. (23.5 PPG, 36 games at Arkansas) trail by at least 2 PPG despite solid volume; realistic threats would demand 40+ PPG averages in deep tournament runs while Dybantsa sits idle, an improbable scenario as the postseason concludes.
