This market will resolve according to the player that finishes the 2026 Men’s NCAA Division 1 Basketball season and NCAA Tournament with the highest points per game average of any qualified player. In the event of a tie for the highest points per game average, this market will resolve in favor of the player who appeared in the greater number of games. If the tied players also played the same number of games, the market will resolve in favor of the player whose listed last name comes first alphabetically. Qualification for inclusion in official NCAA leaderboards (such as minimum games or statistical thresholds) will be determined according to NCAA rules and applied exactly as reflected in the official leaderboard. If the 2026 Men’s NCAA Division 1 Basketball season is cancelled, postponed after April 20, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, or if an official leader has not been declared within that timeframe, this market will resolve to "Other". The resolution source will be the NCAA (ncaa.com/stats/basketball-men/d1).AJ Dybantsa holds a commanding lead in NCAA men's basketball scoring at 25.5 points per game through 35 contests for BYU, including a record-shattering 93 points across three Big 12 Tournament games—surpassing Kevin Durant's freshman mark—and a 35-point NCAA Tournament debut despite the Cougars' first-round exit to Texas on March 19. His efficiency (51.0 FG%) and volume as the nation's top freshman scorer have solidified trader consensus at over 94% implied probability, reflecting the wisdom of crowds in a season-long race defined by consistent dominance. Challengers like JT Toppin (Texas Tech) could close the gap with a deep March Madness run, requiring 30+ PPG averages in remaining games amid favorable matchups, though BYU's elimination locks Dybantsa's total while exposing rivals to injury risks or defensive adjustments.
