This market will resolve according to the team that wins the 2026 MLB World Series. If at any point it becomes impossible for a listed team to win the 2026 MLB World Series per the rules of MLB (e.g., they are eliminated in the playoffs), the corresponding market will resolve to “No”. If the 2026 MLB season is cancelled, postponed after December 31, 2026 ET, or there is otherwise no winner declared within that timeframe, this market will resolve to “Other”. The primary resolution source will be official information from MLB (https://www.mlb.com/); however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.Defending World Series champions Los Angeles Dodgers lead trader consensus at 29% implied probability, bolstered by their star-laden core—Ohtani returning to the mound alongside Yamamoto and new addition Blake Snell—plus unmatched financial flexibility and prospect depth after their 2024 title run. Seattle Mariners rank second at 9.8% thanks to MLB's elite rotation featuring Luis Castillo, Logan Gilbert, and Bryan Woo, giving them a clear edge in the AL West amid recent trades like Randy Arozarena boosting their offense. New York Yankees hold 7.5% with Aaron Judge and Gerrit Cole anchoring despite Juan Soto's blockbuster defection to the surging New York Mets (6.3%), while Toronto Blue Jays' 6.5% reflects Vladimir Guerrero Jr.'s extension and pitching reinforcements. Fresh Winter Meetings deals, including Soto's record $765 million pact and Snell to LA, highlight payroll power and roster upgrades as differentiators in this wide-open futures field.
