This market will resolve to the player who wins the 2026 National League Platinum Glove award for the 2026 MLB Season. In the event of a tie, this market will resolve according to the official winner as determined by MLB rules. If multiple winners are announced then this market will resolve to the player whose listed last name comes first alphabetically. If the 2026 MLB season is cancelled, postponed after December 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, or there is otherwise no winner declared within that timeframe, this market will resolve to “Other”. The resolution source for this market will be official information from Major League Baseball; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.Pete Crow-Armstrong leads trader consensus for the 2026 NL Platinum Glove at 40.5% implied probability, propelled by his 2025 Gold Glove in center field—where he posted elite Outs Above Average (OAA) and Defensive Runs Saved (DRS)—and a close runner-up finish to Fernando Tatis Jr. for last year's Platinum award, fueling perceptions of a snub. The Cubs' recent long-term extension for the 24-year-old after his 30-30 breakout season and strong World Baseball Classic showing reinforces his full-time role and defensive primacy. Patrick Bailey sits second at 21% on back-to-back catcher Gold Gloves and top SABR Defensive Index rankings, while Cubs teammate Nico Hoerner (19.5%) eyes a repeat at second base amid a crowded field of Brewers outfielders Brice Turang and Sal Frelick, plus Pirates infielders Ke'Bryan Hayes and Jared Triolo, all boasting strong 2025 metrics. Early-season games and injury reports will drive further shifts.
