This market will resolve to "Yes" if during UFC Fight Night on July 12, 2025, both of the following occurs:

-In the Men's Heavyweight - Main Event bout between Tallison Teixeira and Derrick Lewis, Tallison Teixeira wins the fight.
-In the Men’s Welterweight bout between Gabriel Bonfim and Stephen Thompson, Gabriel Bonfim wins the fight.

Otherwise this market will resolve to "No".

If either fight is canceled or postponed beyond July 28, 2025, 11:59 PM ET this market will resolve to "No".

The primary resolution source will be ESPN; however, a consensus of credible reporting may be used.
