This market will resolve to "Yes" if Romania’s Constitutional Court formally annuls the results of the May 18, 2025 presidential election, which resulted in the victory of Nicușor Dan over George Simion, by August 31, 2025, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".

If the Court has accepted to hear such a case, but the ruling is pending on August 31, 2025, 11:59 PM ET, this market may stay open until the ruling is made public.

The resolution source will be a consensus of credible reporting.
