This market will resolve to the manager who wins the 2026 American League Manager of the Year award for the 2026 MLB Season. In the event of a tie, this market will resolve according to the official winner as determined by MLB rules. If multiple winners are announced then this market will resolve to the manager whose listed last name comes first alphabetically. If the 2026 MLB season is cancelled, postponed after December 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, or there is otherwise no winner declared within that timeframe, this market will resolve to “Other”. The resolution source for this market will be official information from Major League Baseball; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.Trader consensus reflects a razor-thin AL Manager of the Year race with probabilities tightly clustered above 40% for Vogt, Boone, Hinch, Wilson, and Schumaker, driven by opening weekend results and lingering 2025 momentum. Yankees under Boone started 2-0 with a dominant shutout road win, showcasing lineup depth amid perennial playoff pressure; Tigers swept their first two under Hinch, extending last year's playoff surge with sharp bullpen management; Guardians split at 1-1 under back-to-back winner Vogt, including a 6-4 triumph over Mariners; Wilson’s Seattle also 1-1 post-division title; new Rangers skipper Schumaker, 2023 NL MOY, sits 1-1 with potent rotation potential. No team pulls away early, keeping overachievement paths viable across divisions.
