This market will resolve to the player who wins the 2026 National League Rookie of the Year award for the 2026 MLB Season. In the event of a tie, this market will resolve according to the official winner as determined by MLB rules. If multiple winners are announced then this market will resolve to the player whose listed last name comes first alphabetically. If the 2026 MLB season is cancelled, postponed after December 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, or there is otherwise no winner declared within that timeframe, this market will resolve to “Other”. The resolution source for this market will be official information from Major League Baseball; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.JJ Wetherholt holds the lead in NL Rookie of the Year trader consensus at 59.5% amid a tight two-horse race with Sal Stewart at 31%. Wetherholt’s edge stems from superior advanced metrics and defensive value across multiple infield spots for the Cardinals, including a 4.3+ fWAR pace through 118 games despite a .243 average, 16 homers, and 81 runs. Stewart counters with traditional power production for the Reds, including 26 homers and a league-leading 89-plus RBIs at a .259 clip and .814 OPS, highlighted by his strong July surge and 2026 All-Star nod. Carson Benge sits a distant third at 10.8% on the strength of his 14-homer, 14-steal combination for the Mets, while the remaining field trails well behind in both polls and implied probabilities.
