This market will resolve to the player who wins the 2026 National League Platinum Glove award for the 2026 MLB Season. In the event of a tie, this market will resolve according to the official winner as determined by MLB rules. If multiple winners are announced then this market will resolve to the player whose listed last name comes first alphabetically. If the 2026 MLB season is cancelled, postponed after December 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, or there is otherwise no winner declared within that timeframe, this market will resolve to “Other”. The resolution source for this market will be official information from Major League Baseball; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.Pete Crow-Armstrong leads the 2026 NL Platinum Glove market at 43.5% implied probability due to his continued elite center-field play for the Cubs, building on his 2025 Gold Glove win with leading or near-leading Outs Above Average, Defensive Runs Saved, and five-star catch conversion rates through mid-June. Traders view his range, positioning, and consistency in a high-difficulty Wrigley outfield as the clearest path to the overall best-defender honor, which is decided by a combination of fan voting and the SABR Defensive Index among Gold Glove finalists. Nico Hoerner sits second at 12.5% as a strong Cubs infield teammate with prior Gold Glove recognition and solid positioning metrics, while Jared Triolo, Gabriel Moreno, Matt Chapman, and Brice Turang follow as positional standouts with above-average advanced defensive numbers this season. The Cubs’ collective defensive strength has also lifted several teammates in the betting, though individual metrics and historical voting patterns keep the focus on PCA as the frontrunner.
