Kyle Schwarber has surged with 21 home runs and strong extra-base power for the Phillies, while Yordan Alvarez maintains elite contact and on-base skills with a .300-plus average and 20 homers for the Astros. Shohei Ohtani remains in the mix despite a relative dip in slugging for the Dodgers, buoyed by his track record and dual-threat profile. Other primary DHs trail due to lower volume or less consistent impact, keeping the top three bunched as voters weigh sustained rate stats, plate discipline, and remaining schedule strength heading into the summer months.
