Trader consensus reflects a razor-thin divide between World No. 1 Carlos Alcaraz (36.5%) and No. 2 Jannik Sinner (36.0%) as 2026 Wimbledon favorites, driven by their blistering hardcourt form through the Sunshine Double—Alcaraz's 14-0 start to the year before a third-round Miami upset to Sebastian Korda, countered by Sinner's Indian Wells Masters 1000 triumph over Daniil Medvedev on March 15. Both enter clay swing unbeaten in recent majors contention, with Alcaraz's proven grass dominance (two-time defending champion) matched by Sinner's stylistic evolution and head-to-head breakthroughs on the surface. Novak Djokovic (7.3%) trails amid early Indian Wells exit to Jack Draper and age-related scrutiny at 38, underscoring the duo's youth-fueled momentum keeping the title race intensely competitive.
