Trader consensus heavily favors George Russell at 55.5% implied probability for the 2025 F1 Drivers' Championship, driven by his recent multi-year contract extension with Mercedes through 2026 and the team's solidified lineup alongside rookie Kimi Antonelli, promoted last month to replace Lewis Hamilton. Mercedes' late-season resurgence, including Russell's podiums in recent Grands Prix like the United States event, bolsters sentiment amid McLaren's intra-team tension splitting points between Lando Norris and Oscar Piastri. Charles Leclerc and Hamilton share 6.7% at Ferrari, reflecting their potent pairing but shared spotlight; Max Verstappen's 4.5% accounts for Red Bull's constructor struggles and Pérez's uncertain seat, with juniors like Isack Hadjar gaining minor traction on promotion rumors.
